Welcome to IEEE Joint CS/RA/SMC Chapter
in Vancouver Section!
IEEE Joint Chapter of Control Systems Society, Robotics and Automation Society, and Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (Joint CS/RA/SMC Chapter for short) in Vancouver Section was established in September 2010, by combining three closely-related chapters. The objective of Joint CS/RA/SMC Chapter is to promote and exchange the scientific and engineering knowledge of relevant topics in Vancouver, nationally, and worldwide. We are interested in both theory and practice within a wide range of applications including, but not limited to, transportation, energy, green engineering, biomedical engineering, communication and network, human-machine/computer interaction, manufacturing and mechatronics.
We hold technical meetings regularly, invite world-leading researchers for Distinguished Lectures annually, and organize tours in industries and academic laboratories. We hope that our chapter activities will help stimulate technical discussions and collaborative opportunities among members.
